Where domain registration or web hosting is included in a package or quotation, the applicable duration and renewal terms should be confirmed as part of the service agreement.

SEO services are intended to improve a website's technical setup, content, visibility and search presence where applicable. Search engine rankings and traffic can change for many reasons outside SkyTech Software's control.
Therefore, a particular ranking position, traffic level, lead volume or business result is not guaranteed unless a specific written agreement expressly states otherwise.
Marketing performance may depend on factors including the customer's industry, competition, advertising budget, audience, platform policies and market conditions.
Specific sales, enquiries, followers, reach or other business outcomes are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.
Projects may use third-party services such as domain providers, hosting providers, APIs, plugins, payment gateways, social media platforms or other external services.
Such third-party services may be subject to their own terms, pricing, availability and policies.
Ownership and usage rights for the completed project should follow the terms agreed for that project and are subject to any outstanding payments and applicable third-party licences.
Third-party software, fonts, images, plugins, frameworks and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licence terms.
Maintenance services are provided only where they are included in the selected package, quotation or a separate maintenance agreement.
Additional updates, new functionality or work outside the included maintenance scope may be charged separately.
